Consolidated
Bulk Carriers is a full service fuel delivery company. CBC serves
stations in the Long Island region. We provide safe, efficient and timely
delivery of motor fuels to a variety of consumers stations. Founded in
1974 by Frank Terpis, Consolidated Bulk Carriers has grown slow and steady
to meet today's needs.

a fleet size of ten tractors and trailers with an average age of three
years old. All are company owned and driven.

Drivers are of a minimum age of twenty five years old with a majority
age of thirty five to forty five years old. All drivers have a minumum
CDL tank hazmat experience of four years. Also all drivers licenses
are monitored 23/7/365 with our outside consultant online subscriber
system to New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania department of motor
vehicle.

Is continually enforcing safety, as a way to maintain customers confidence.
CBC carries a five million dollar liability insurance policy with a
dot satisfactory rating.

Has contracted out drug, alcohol and safety compliance to third
party administrator (Tri State Transportation) who works with CBC management
on a continuous basis.

Has on road spotters to monitor safety and compliance with road and
station safety regulation. This helps with station and driver problem
solving.

New drivers are trained four weeks depending on experience.

Has an emergency response plan, a live twenty four hour line,
and three services which meets 49 CFR 130.
